Terms and Conditions

Reservation:  Reservations for all tours and services can be made online.

To facilitate the booking, please indicate the following:
1. Tour Name
2. Date of Service
3. Number of Passengers
4. Passenger’s Full name
5. Ages (date of birth) for children
6. Special Instructions

Confirmation:  All tours request/reservations are automatically confirmed up to 9 days prior the departure.
Reservations made less than 9 days prior to departure will be confirmed within 1 business day. All bookings will be considered final at the time of booking. Full prepayment is requested.
Please note that a booking is only considered changed or cancelled when you are in receipt of a cancellation number. Receipt of confirmation or payment constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions of tour participation outlined below.

Rates and Payment Procedure:  All prices are quoted in USD. RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.
Reservations and payments made prior to any price change will be honored at the rate that was valid at the time of confirmation/payment.

Reservation without payment will be automatically cancelled.

Escorted Tours:

Tour Prices Includes:
Hotel accommodations, taxes and baggage handling.
Luggage is limited to one piece per person with the following dimensions: 21" X 12" X 12"  ( 46cm x 30cm x 30cm ) and a maximum of 22 pounds (10 kgs ).
All sightseeing and admissions as indicated in the itinerary.
Deluxe air conditioned van, Minibus or Bus.
Services of a professional escort throughout.
All tours are operated in English, Italian, or Spanish – requested language must be specified at the time of booking.

Not included in Tour Price:
Any air transportation, insurance, meals, optional services not included in the itinerary, personal expenses including but not limited to telephone calls, room service, liquor, or laundry and tips to drivers, guides and escorts.

Hotel Accommodations: Prices as based on two people sharing a room.
Rooms with 2 double beds will be provided, in the event of a triple room no extra bedding will be provided.
The hotels listed in this brochure are used on most departures; however, hotels of an equivalent category may be substituted.

Cancellation Policy: For all tours up to 4 days prior to departure no fees.
Less than 4 days before departure full cancellation penalty applies.
All requests for refunds must be received within 90 days of departure.

Vouchers: All vouchers for escorted tours must state clearly information received in our confirmation including tour name, date of departure, confirmation number, passenger names, and room type. Pre and Post hotel vouchers must be issued separately.

Proof of Citizenship: All passengers are required to have proper identification when entering or leaving the United States. On tours traveling to Canada clients have the responsibility to make sure in advance that visa requirements are met. For more information regarding Canadian visa requirements please check out

General Information: for the comfort and safety of all passengers the following conditions apply:
Smoking is not permitted on the motor coach. Stops are provided en route.
Seat Rotation occurs at least once a day.
Service provider reserves the right to refuse carriage to passengers whose behavior makes it a hardship to the tour escort to conduct the tour or for the tour passengers general well being or enjoyment of the tour program.

Responsibility and liability:
"American Coach Tours" is an independent contractor that acts as a ground operator for suppliers featured in this brochure. The responsibility of the operator is strictly limited. The operator does not own or operate any of the services provided including but not limited to transportation, hotel accommodation or restaurants.
If the services included in the tour cannot be delivered or there are any changes in the itinerary beyond the control of the operator, service provider, reserves the exclusive right to make any change to the itinerary or price without prior notice.
"American Coach Tours" is not responsible if the tour will not visit any sites featured in the program due to weather natural disasters, late flights, sickness, accidents or any other reason beyond his control. In this event there is no refund for services not used including hotels.
The tour participant agrees that neither "American Coach Tours", nor its partners shall be liable for any delay, damage, loss, personal injury, and death and property loss resulting from any action or omission.
Tour participant agrees to seek with any entity providing goods or services of the trip.
